What is Flocknote?

Flocknote is a convenient way to communicate with our church family, and make sure you are getting your information the way you want it, whether it is by receiving a text message, email, or phone call.

Why is our church using this?

We want to communicate more easily and effectively with you (and be able to get your feedback too). Using Flocknote allows the church to easily send you the information you care about most via email and text message, and gives you the ability to give essential feedback, too! This is all totally free for you to use, you don’t even have to download anything or create a password in order to participate. But you can.

Am I "in for good" if I signup?

Nope! The nice thing about this service from the church is that it's always free, and you can unsubscribe at anytime.

To Unsubscribe from Text Messages:

You can quickly unsubscribe from all text messages being sent to your cell phone by replying STOP to any text message you've received from your church or organization, or text STOP to 84576.

To Unsubscribe from Emails:

You can quickly unsubscribe from emails from a certain group by using the 'Unsubscribe' link that is in the bottom right corner of any note. You can also login to flocknote and adjust your Notifications by selecting the purple Bell icon. You can adjust your notifications in regards to receiving emails and/or texts or choose to be removed from a group entirely. 

Once you remove yourself from a Group - you will no longer receive text messages or emails from that particular Group. 

Is my information secure?

Yes. All of your data is transmitted across an encrypted internet connection, and all of your information is stored in secure databases. Your information is never (ever!) sold, rented or given away to any third-parties. Find more info at flocknote.com/privacy

Flocknote will text you back a confirmation message AND another message with a link you’ll need to click to complete the process.

Note: If you do not get text messages, you will get an email. 

      If you do not get emails, you will get a call that reads the message to you. 

      If you don't get text messages or emails, then you probably do not have internet either, so explaining this here is probably moot.
